Hasbro plans for toys in year 2008
Cool Toy Review just posted the list of the entire toyline for Hasbro, and I just saw the list and now puzzled to a possible Marvel Legends Transformers toy line, which is very weird. It can be a Build A Figure line or a series of plastic figures and non transformable TF. that is only my speculation, but I will still love the toy line because it is a TF. new stuff to collect.
And the Animated series toys are coming next year, its a big deal to save more money hahahh.
and what's this automatic transformer? You can command Optimus Prime and it can talk and transform without your hands help. thats one pretty cool toy!!!

Just visited the 1st day and opening of the International Christmas Fair in Megatrade Hall 2-3 and I just saw the setup and venue for the 2nd toys and collectibles christmas fair. the event will be located in the Megatrade Hall 2. I took some pics here to show you where the event will be held.

Cristine Reyes Warms Up Optimash!
12.19.2007 - TransFormers Philippines' very own Mr. Optimash was at the recently successful FHM Calendar autograph signing featuring Katrina Halili and Cristine Reyes at the Robinsons Movie World in Robinsons Galleria as the crowd went wild.
Our Autobot was there along with MC who had his calendar signed by the lovely ladies of FHM. The funny part though was Mr. Optimash was surprised meeting up with Cristine Reyes for the first time.
I guess the ladies are starting to warm up to Mr. Optimash being the darling of the crowd. After fellow TransFan Mach Diesel followed and had his Katrina Halili Standee signed by the real deal.

Marikina turns to be our local Cybertron in the Philippines
MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando aka "BF" and Marikina Mayor Maria Lourdes Fernando had transformed the city of Marikina into a Cybertroninan attraction. Transformers sculptures and robotic metal sculpture were exhibited in the area of Marikina Riverpark up to the Riverbank place. Hundreds of people brought their kids to see a one of a kind attraction featuring the Transformers, movie characters, cartoons and comic icons like Superman, Batman, Fantastic Four, Spider-man, Lastikman and Resident Evil.
The attraction is free for everyone to view and also you can watch your favorite blockbuster film for free. The exhibit is an annual competition of each of the baranggay in Marikina.

We will feature the Transformers line. You can see the sculpture installations of the Ark, then a robotic Superman vs. Megatron statue diorama behind the Daily Planet globe look a like, and a walk through tunnel featuring Cosplay.ph Transformers cosplay group costumes.
above the Ark, you can spot a projected film of the Transformers movie.
Its funny to see their promotional banner and poster showing Mr. BF and Mrs. Mayor Fernandez heads pasted on Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee characters.
Some of the poster signs in the area are blown up feat. the Alternators toy line of Transformers.

The exhibit will run til January 2008, to visit the area take a ride from Cubao with the SSS Village Jeep or FX ride, tell the driver to drop you off to the side of the Riverbank. you'll see the banner and also the long tianggee for the holiday season.

Google.com has released its lists to top search hits for 2007 (thus far) on their site. Transformers has been able to make its mark on the popular online search engine. Ranking number 4 in the Fastest Rising (U.S.) catagory as well as securing the top spot on the Movies catagory. Also in the ringtone search does Transformers manage to get the 9th place.

We are featuring here our local movie focused on Mecha/robot. Another promising movie that will loved by kids and also serve as an environmental awareness about saving the planet by recycling. Mobile suit armored robot manned by human defend Earth from invading evil aliens.
i like the designs of the other robots, its cool that it is made by Filipinos, a very promising movie and for a robot fan like Transformers, we are going to keep an eye for this one. I just dont know if there will be toys coming based on the movie,, but I just want to challenge all scrap builders to customize one hehhee, feel free to contact us if anyone of you made a custom toy of Resiklo.

12.09.2007 - Thanks to viper2391 of Toy Speaks forums for the updates on the upcoming Metal Series slated to be released in early 2008.
This is the same figures released early this year, that started with Target exclusive Robovision Optimus Prime. This was followed by Autobot Ratchet and Voyager Class Megatron released as a store exclusive for Best Buy. The released metalized figures would be like almost similar to the custom repaints by fans like Rateeg Productions.
Some added feature to the series not only as metalized repaint like the energo sword would be a perfect replacement for Leader Class Optimus Primes's blaster for movie accuracy. Expect them to hit as store exclusives in the US starting with Deep Space Starscream.

TV Patrol just aired awhile ago about toys for Christmas, they mentioned that Transformers toys are one of the hottest item for Christmas, but too bad they showed bootleg toys in Divisoria.
But Im glad that they still show some of our local toy stores that sells legit stuff like Transformers.
my advice for parents is that you should buy the real things for your kids. and not the bootleg ones. We toy collectors sometimes buy bootleg just for our collection and not for playing with our kids. Lead content in a non-licensed toy is dangerous to our kids health
